I want to send a formal complaint because I feel cheated with gearbest.
The last 13 December, I bought a 1 x lamp Ultrafire HD-016 with accesories.
First time gearbest send me incomplete item, I hadn't the lamp and rubber rings, so I demanded that you sent me all articles (ticket number T40074849902 ) and 1 month later I received 1x rubber rings (this is ok) but a 1x headsupport. I need the lamp, or "headlamp"!,)
Other time I demanded my lamp, (ticket number T43240291414 ) and the assitant Nydia say me again "ok no problem, we'll ckeck the shipping before" and What happened? She didn't send me nothing to check and now I received the item incorrect other time! I have been waiting 4 months to a simple lamp to my bycicle!
In alls tickets I explain very well and I included images with the article that I needed but I think that she never see the images because is impossible a mistake... In forums the people is impressed with your mistakes when I write my experience.
This is amazing...

the package that I have received is incorrect.
This time is the third time that I receive a incorrect item to solve the same problem.
I do NOT want 6USD because my order cost 31,99USD

I'm sorry to say this but I'm very angry and I must to say that the gearbest's service is totally useless.

What the f*ck is this? You only send to me the led!! Really?? why do I need only the led? this is useless!! I need the complete lamp. It is not difficult.
You must to send me the lamp, the complete lamp!! NOT a led separately.
We must get serious with this. I have had enough... I have been waiting since DECEMBER to solve this. Please, I'm so tired. I'm only need the complete lamp.
