He pensado en hacerlo por correo certificado y quizás asegurarlo, no es una fortuna son como 100 euros.
Tenéis alguna recomendación para el envio.

Please write down order Id, product Id, return reason inside the package. Then we can track this phone immediately for the reason. When we received and confirmed the phone, we will arrange to resend you new one.
Please DO NOT use UPS, DHL, TNT or any Express shipping as customs always hold parcel and charge taxes. Customer could use register airmail which has lower cost and you will get tracking number of the parcel. We will be in charge of 50% return shipping fee only if it cost more than $15 and is also less than $40USD by postal airmail.
Also if you could send us an email showing a picture of the returned package with it stamped or a copy of the receipt from the post office. Would you please like to offer us the tracking website with tracking number of that returned Phone? Then we can track it down on website.
By the way, could you please do not put any word about Phone on your package? We suggest you could write down 'broken MP4 player' with lower price for us to avoid Customs taxes. Thanks!
