Me ha respondido FastTech... esto, concretamente...
"We apologize for the time the shipping carrier has taken. Due to increased customs and aviation safety scrutiny that started at the end of August, some packages have spent an unusual amount of time at HK post facility queuing up for the said safety check. Unfortunately, in extreme cases it can take weeks for packages to get past this queue.
Hong Kong Post often refuses to acknowledge the existence of the tracking code in their system when the package has not been taken the security scan, while other packages that do not appear online at all still end up delivered.
For this reason, FastTech has a “8-week” refund policy for the protection of customers. If your package is stuck at Hong Kong Post, not getting past their local processing for 8 weeks, FastTech unconditionally refunds your order via the way your payment was originally made. For more information about this policy, please visit the following announcement page:
http://www.fasttech.com/forums/stickies ... und-status
The reason for the time limit to be set to 8-week is that whenever FastTech makes offline enquiries and complaints, Hong Kong Post gives a maximum response time of 2 months. Within this time, they could choose to continue shipping your order or return it to us, completely at their discretion.
Please be assured that your order *is covered* by this policy. When it has reached the 8-week limit, you may request for an unconditional refund. For your reference, your order was originally shipped on 24th Oct.
Please rest assured you are fully covered and at FastTech, we are doing everything we can to speed up this process.
We appreciate your patience and understanding."
En definitiva, echadme una mano... entiendo que me dicen que, tranquilo que me va a llegar, o que sinó me devuelven el dinero, no? Que me espere... Entendeis lo mismo? Hace seis semanas y media de lo mío...
