Me ayuda alguien:
So our manufacturer did test all of our products strictly before sending them out. But such electric products may suffer a lot and get damaged in the post easily.
Our system doesn't support resending now. In this case, how about we fully refund you and surely you DON'T need to send it back to us as the postage cost much? How do you think?
