DD me ha contactado por email y por privado pidiendo disculpas acerca del "malentendido" sobre el tracking. Me confirman que ambas partes del pedido tendrán tracking.
Me comentan que devido al desastre que hay montado con la resaca de las vacaciones del año nuevo chino, tienen un retraso con el funcionamiento del sistema de envios, pero me aseguran que la primera parte del pedido (dos uf2100) ya fue enviado el pasado 8 de febrero, y que la parte restante (klarus mi X6) esta en "proceso".

With your word about the partial shipment and your confirmation about tracking numbers on both partial shipments, I'm feeling better.
You must undestand that for some people, ordering something without tracking number is a huge gamble.
I live in a block of apartments, and the postman usually just leaves non-tracked parcels over the mailboxes if the parcels didn't fit inside the mailboxes, even if you're at home at that moment!. With 30 families living on my block, there's a lot of people coming in and out and anybody can pick-up my parcel and stole it. I ALWAYS chose tracking becouse of this, have some bad experiencies in the past... Tracked parcels needs a signature and an ID card to be delivered, and if you're not at home, they will leave a notification and you can pick-up the parcel at the post office the next day. It's the safer way to make sure your goods will reach your hand.
About the partial shipment: I really don't care, whenever there's a tracking number for each part of the order. The thing that really worried me was the statment about no tracking numbers. With that corrected, I'll be patient and wait for my order to be trackeable in the following days.
